Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders placed by 12 PM PT on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You’ll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Free shipping orders usually arrive in 5–8 business days.

Faster shipping options (US)
You can choose a faster option at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • 2-Day Shipping: available for smaller orders
  • UPS: live rates calculated at checkout

Shipping costs for faster options are shown at checkout. Delivery times start once your order ships and are estimates, not guarantees.

International shipping
We ship to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and others. International rates are calculated by UPS at checkout. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are not included in the order price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t change the shipping address once an order is placed. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it so you can re-order with the correct address. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. We may not be able to ship to some P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we’ll help file a claim.

Holiday shipping
Carrier delays are common during the holiday season. Please order early to make sure your gifts arrive on time.
